Today i played soccer for masjid at fico, there's this tournament called myspex, its like a sports tournament for all mosque. Last year, masjid tentera (my team), won first in soccer, well this year i hope we'll win 1st place again. We went into semi-finals and won with a score of 2-1. So finals will be held on 25 July at Jurong East Sports Complex hall.
The truth is, i did not want to play, but Ustad put high hopes on me, cause my last year's performance was like damn good, cleansheet for the whole tournament ( did not concede any goals ), umm, forgot to tell, its futsal. Then suddenly the night before i got this sense of inspiration to play, i felt like i wanna win. So in the morning woke up, ate breakfast then off i go to Fico. So as to let you guys know, breakfast was my only meal till like 8pm. Then i have this headache right now, which i usually get if i dont eat food.
You know what? We always win the tough teams, but we lose to this small kid team. Small kid not as in really small kid, they're same age, but they have like small body compared to ours. It makes us look like we're on steroids haha. So we got trashed by them, cause we were way too over confident. That match taught us something, blahblah, so we won the rest of our matches. And i think im losing my voice, cause ustad ask me to shout, shouting will make the opponent lose confidence and thus making you gain more confidence. Confidence is important for a goalkeeper, yes, im a goalkeeper :)
They say i look like Lionel Lewis, the Singapore goalkeeper. Few years back, went to other schools to play soccer. Girls shouting LIONEL LEWIS!!
Im not bragging or whatever but why dont they just shout my name? Will give me more semangat haha.
After the death of my ipod earpiece, i bought a cheap sony earpiece which sucks to the core of earth!! It's loud but it cannot tahan songs with bass. Suckdick la bodo nye earpiece! I really miss my ipod earpiece, oh, if only you were here...
