
Nahh!! See my daily breakfast. Should be 5 potatoes. BUT i cheat and eat only 2! hahaa!! And should be 5 eggs but one egg bounce and drop on the floor. Who wants to eat ? Im hygienic okay!
But then this morning didn't eat this shit. Dina treat me to breakfast at macs! Ketok duit dier haha! Both of us ate big breakfast, end up i ate her patty. Stupid girl nak step diet.. Makan je la. Biar gemok asl kan bahagia! HAHA! And again today i ate 4 meals of rice and baked chicken BREAST. I don't know why but i seemed to get hungry every 2 hours. I like to tell u guys what i ate and i dont know why haha!
Today gym was fun. Ofcourse fun lah arm day siol.. Then got this chinese guy i usually see. I shared the preacher thingy with him. Then we chat, i asked his age and he said he is 20 and i was like wtf! He look so big but his 20 and he look older then 20. He shared with me tips on how to bulk up ( means grow big ) . He said cannot train more then 1 hr and half if not our body won't produce growth hormone. K i learnt something new today. So faz, i'm not gonna train 3 hours with u anymore man. And i did 60kg close grip bench press for 4reps!! OMG SO HEAVY !!! Got this bangla support me. He shocked sak! Then using sign languange he say my body big. ^^ kembang siol kembang siol kembang siol!! But then i seriously think my body not that big, da drop. So sad.. And i need help with my biceps!!
